If you're not happy with your purchase then not to worry, we have 30 day no quibbles returns policy, so just drop it back in the post to us along with a copy of your invoice and a covering letter and we'll issue you with a full refund once it has been received. You will have to return the items at your own expense, though, and we do recommend that you use a signed for or tracked method of return. You do have a duty of care over the goods until they're returned to us, which includes them going missing in the post on the way back.
It goes without saying (although we'll say it anyway) that you do need to take care of the goods and maintain them in a reasonable condition if you think you're going to return them. If items are delivered incorrectly due to an error on our part we will, of course, correct this promptly for you at our cost. If your order has arrived incorrently please contact us as soon as possible and we'll be happy to help.
Important: Customised or made-to-order items (e.g. ones you've uploaded images for, personalised with names etc) cannot be returned.
